Mr Haker, I am very glad that I have had to honor the speak with you as you have produced another masterpiece! This shot is absolutely stunning and you should be very proud of this one.
The poles (sorry don't know the correct word) on the sidewalk creates depth on eye level and brings the viewer to the scene while the eyes are set on the distant buildings and clouds, both beautifully lit by the sunlight.
The post processing is done like a true master. As a big fan of post processing myself, I think I have gathered enough experience to properly judge this aspect of photography pretty well. Having that said, I can honestly admit that in terms of post processing this shot is absolutely flawless. The tonemapping is something I'm very jealous of and the mono(duo?)toning fits the piece perfectly.
What I love most about the shot is the fact that there isn't a single person to be seen here. Along with the general mood of this shot it sets a very desolate, almost surrealistic tone.
There are two things that prevent this shot from being perfect in my opinion. I think it's a missed opportunity that you haven't chosen a more narrow aperture as I think this shot would have a bigger impact had everything been sharper. Also, this shot deserves a better title!
