First, the subject - I love finding locations like this. That are wonderful even in their disrepair. There's even a certain beauty to them because of it, not just in spite of it. What a great find.

Second, I love the HDR treatment to really make the colors pop, but more than that - I applaud that you do not go over the top in HDR, to the point where "willing suspension of disbelief" becomes unrealistic. I appreciate images that use HDR in a subtle way, just enough to bring back to the image the sense of feeling that was actually present at the scene.

If I have any critique to suggest improvement, it would be to tweak the lighting for a more dynamic scene - I imagine this being far more realistic to do in editing than in-camera. I could envision this such as darkening the far end of the building, or perhaps by darkening the crevices and bottom of the upper floor and other such spaces in the image. I wouldn't suggest changing it greatly, but just enough to deepen the natural shadow areas and I think it would take this already great image up to that next level.
