Excellent work! What is written on a wall? (Giuseppe Maria Gambaro...??? ...or not?)

"Giuseppe Maria vi dono il cuore"... and so on.. It's strange usually words are written in Latin and not in Italian :D

It's absolutely stunning. Anyone could tell this was a church/chaple, and it seems like a peaceful place to feel close to God...however the angle of the photo makes the red cross appear inverted which gives the image a somewhat sinister appearance.

Awesome framing and light (...Again, since you seem to really rock at that ;) ).

The shadows almost give a feel of "pop-out" motion. Great one.

no i don't use photomatix anymore.
I'm currently using SNS HDR or manual blending in Photoshop.

Beautiful piece... the lighting and shadows are dramatic, and the colors really pop... the image draws you in to want to read the words on the wall and to linger in contemplative silence, wondering at the lives this place touched and how it came to its current state.

Where was this taken?
